Return & Exchange Policy
At Blooming, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience, and customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Our return & exchange policy is designed to ensure clarity and protect the rights of all parties.
Return Conditions
Each order can be returned once free of charge within 10 days from the delivery date, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and invoice.
All returned items will be inspected before approval.
Items purchased as part of a bundle or multi-item offer must be returned together.
Items purchased via the website or app cannot be returned at physical stores.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear or any item containing innerwear
- Swimwear
- Beauty products of all kinds (including perfumes, accessories, socks, and slippers)
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions and the customer requests it to be sent back, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
If the customer does not respond to the shipping company and the return shipment is delayed for more than 14 days, the return request will be cancelled.
Gifts may be exchanged only with a gift receipt and cannot be refunded in cash.

After submitting your return request, our team will review it and proceed with creating the return shipment once approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within one hour of confirmation, before shipment preparation begins, by contacting Customer Service at:

After one hour, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.
Non-Delivered Orders
In case an order is not received within KSA, shipping fees will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded.
For international orders, neither the order value nor the shipping fees will be refunded.
